I don’t know about you but at the start of January, I always used make at least one news year’s resolution.
Last year’s resolution was a to run a 5k in 30 minutes. Did I do this? No.
Rather than make a single resolution which I’ll probably forget about next week, I’m going to look at making some small changes to my life.
I’d love to lose some weight but rather than going on a diet, I’m going to make small changes to my existing diet such as reducing my food portions.
For example, rather than buying a big bag of crisps and eating them until I can’t eat any more, I’m going to buy a 6 pack of crisps and only eat one small bag instead.
I feel this is a more realistic way of altering my diet in order to lose weight.
