We all know that we should exercise more, but for whatever reason, you just don’t. I’ve just discovered a fitness routine called the 7 Minute Workout which I love doing. All you need yourself and a chair and your ready to exercise.
The 7 minute workout consists of 12 exercises. You do 1 exercise movement for 30 seconds then have a 10 second rest, before moving to the next exercise movement in the sequence. Below is a video from Life Hacker showing the sequence of exercises:
I love the fact that it only takes 7 minutes! I will warn you though that when you first try it, you will ache the following day!
