How to get fit with the 7 Minute Workout

We all know that we should exercise more, but for whatever reason, you just don’t.  I’ve just discovered a fitness routine called the 7 Minute Workout which I love doing.  All you need yourself and a chair and your ready to exercise.

The 7 minute workout consists of 12 exercises.  You do 1 exercise movement for 30 seconds then have a 10 second rest, before moving to the next exercise movement in the sequence. Below is a video from Life Hacker showing the sequence of exercises:

I love the fact that it only takes 7 minutes!  I will warn you though that when you first try it, you will ache the following day!

    This looks like a really helpful workout – especially because of the brief time span involved. What stymies many is finding the time to actually DO any kind of exercise regimen. So having an option that is this quickly accomplished removes a huge barrier for people. Thanks for posting!
